Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Window

 

    • DOA (Dead on Arrival): You have 48 hours from the date of delivery to contact us and initiate a return for faulty or damaged items.

    • Other Returns: After the 48-hour DOA period, we may refuse returns or charge a restocking fee at our discretion.

2. Return Conditions

 

    • We accept returns for faulty items only.

    • We DO NOT accept returns for change of mind or incorrect fit/suitability of the product for your model vehicle.

    • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.

3. Return Process

 

    • Contact us immediately at [email protected] or (08) 7225 2564 to initiate a return and seek approval.

    • We will assess if the product is faulty or suitable for return

    • We may sometimes need approval form the supplier of the product before we can authorise your return.

    • We may instruct you to return the product direct to the supplier/manufacturer if faulty.

    • We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.

4. Refunds

 

    • If a refund is approved and the product is not able to be repaired or substituted, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Return Shipping

 

    • Return shipping costs are to be paid for by the customer unless approved by us prior to shipping.

    • You may also return the item in person to our store in Cheltenham.

    • We do not offer free collection of returned goods.
